Also known as Calcium Fluoride or  fluorite.
Formula: CaF2
Application: Calcium Fluoride is used as a flux in the aluminium industry and a source of fluorine for hydrofluoric acid production. It also finds use in cryogenically cooled thermal imaging stages. It can also be used as a gemstone, but its value is not high as it lacks hardness.
